Project Management and Coordination

Provides the operational and governance backbone of NBS360, ensuring administrative, legal, financial, quality, risk, ethics and data management.

Establishes baseline assessments, smart monitoring, modelling and demonstration activities across the Mediterranean demo sites.

Intelligent Digital Ecosystems for Scalable Nature-Based Solutions

Develops the digital backbone of the project, including NbS typologies, Digital Twins, AI-enhanced planning tools and the IDSS.

Builds the enabling conditions for NbS uptake through stakeholder mapping, community engagement, co-benefit assessment and sustainable business models.
