Each Work Package contributes to the 360-degree innovation ecosystem of NBS360, transforming local demonstration results into scalable Mediterranean water resilience pathways.
Provides the operational and governance backbone of NBS360, ensuring administrative, legal, financial, quality, risk, ethics and data management.
Establishes baseline assessments, smart monitoring, modelling and demonstration activities across the Mediterranean demo sites.
Develops the digital backbone of the project, including NbS typologies, Digital Twins, AI-enhanced planning tools and the IDSS.
Builds the enabling conditions for NbS uptake through stakeholder mapping, community engagement, co-benefit assessment and sustainable business models.
Translates demonstration results into replication strategies, scaling readiness frameworks, institutional roadmaps and transboundary learning.
Connects project evidence with policy action through Decision Theater sessions, policy briefs, EU Mission synergies and a Mediterranean CoP.
Ensures visibility, stakeholder learning, storytelling, capacity building, youth engagement and the final NBS360 showcase.
The NBS360 work plan connects field-based monitoring and demonstration with digital tools, governance pathways, scaling strategies, policy uptake and communication.
